How do I update my bank details to receive my cashback and rewards?
You can view and update your membership details on the Profile page. If your bank account number changes, please update it in the Cashback Payments section of your Profile. Make sure that an account number is present in your Profile, otherwise we will be unable to transfer your cashback and rewards. It will then be rolled over into your account balance, until you do provide us with a valid bank account number. Your Cashback payment will appear on your bank statement as WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK 0800 389 6960 (OR WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK).
