How can I cancel my membership?
If you're ever dissatisfied with your membership, you can cancel at any time in the following ways:
- With Cleo our Virtual Assistant available 24/7: click on the chat bubble available on your screen to start the conversation. The following information will be required to cancel your membership: your member number (which can be found on any email you have received from customerservice@completesavings.co.uk) or address email, your last name and postal code.
- Through the website, simply log into your account and update your membership details on the Account page of your profile.
- By writing Customer Service through the contact form or simply calling Complete Savings at 0800 389 6960 (8AM - 8PM Monday - Friday, 9AM - 4PM Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
- By filling out and mailing us the cancellation form.
